Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Winsen website at winsen.ai and, unless a signed agreement with us says otherwise, your use of the Winsen One service. By accessing the site or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

If your organisation has a signed order form, master services agreement, or other written contract with us, that contract takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Winsen Labs is a brand of Fanpit Technologies Private Limited (“Winsen,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: hello@winsen.ai.

Winsen One is a command center for AI employees, built for financial services, manufacturing, and logistics. AI employees produce draft outputs: drafted emails, documents, records, schedules, and similar work products. Drafts require review and approval by your team before they take effect. Nothing is sent, filed, or acted on externally without your approval.

All deployments run on Platos, Winsen's runtime, which is operated by Winsen. Access to the underlying AI models is provisioned by us as part of your deployment. You do not host the runtime yourself and do not need to supply your own model accounts.

• Approved outputs. When you approve a draft produced by an AI employee, you take responsibility for that output as if a member of your team had produced it. Review drafts before approving them.
• Accuracy of inputs. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documents, data, and instructions you provide to the service. AI employees work from what you give them.
• Authorised use. You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping credentials confidential.

We offer the service in three ways:

• Managed SaaS. A multi-tenant deployment for small teams, billed as a monthly fee per AI employee with a usage limit.
• On your infrastructure. A custom enterprise arrangement where the deployment runs in your environment, priced by agreement.
• Dedicated isolated unit. A single-tenant deployment reserved for your organisation, priced by agreement.

Custom arrangements run in phases: we understand your processes, deploy narrowly, measure results, then expand. Engagements typically run three to four months with Winsen engineers deployed alongside your team. Specific pricing, usage limits, and service levels are set in your agreement or order form.

Submitting a contact or access request on this site is not a contract for services. We will store the information you provide, send an acknowledgement by email, and may contact you about your request. We decide whether and when to offer a deployment at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or the service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, including another customer's tenant.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, the service, or any related infrastructure without our written permission.
• Use automated means to scrape, mirror, or extract content from the site without our written permission.
• Use the service to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Submit access-request information that is false, misleading, or belongs to someone else.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any submission.

We work to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. Specific availability commitments, where they apply, are set in your agreement.

Your data stays yours. Content, documents, and records you provide to the service, and the outputs you approve, belong to you. We never use your data to train models and never mix it with another customer's data. You can export your data.

Winsen retains all rights in the platform: the Winsen One software, the Platos runtime, AI employee designs, and everything else that makes the service run. Using the service does not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

All content on the site, including text, design, logos, and code, is owned by Winsen Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except where permitted by law (such as fair use). Other names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only for descriptive purposes.

Each side agrees to protect the other's confidential information: to use it only for the purpose of the engagement, to share it only with people who need it, and not to disclose it to anyone else without permission or a legal requirement to do so. This applies to your business information in our hands and to non-public information about our platform in yours.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. Warranties for the service, where they apply, are set in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winsen Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

The site may link to third-party websites (including winsenlabs.com and platos.dev). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
